SUNDAY, DECEMBER 30, We will hear Stan & Holly Meyer, missionaries with Jews for Jesus in Los Angeles where Stan serves as the Los Angeles area director. Though both were messianic Jews, Stan kept his faith secret throughout High School and into college until he became involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. In his senior year at the University of Texas in Austin, he rededicated his life to Jesus, and felt called to bring the Messiah to his Jewish people. Stan graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and came on staff with Jews for Jesus that same year. In May, 2005, the Meyers flew to the Jiangxi province of China where they adopted Carrie-Fu. Carrie-Fu turned three in January of 2007. (http://jewsforjesus.org/about/losangeles/stan)
